1.Our Services: Ideal Education Global is an international education agency that assists international students with their study abroad plans, admissions, and student visa application process from start to finish. Please note that we are not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or a Migration Law Firm. Our services include:

• Comprehensive support with the student visa application process, including assistance with the enrolment, overseas health cover arrangement, documentation, and visa lodgement process.

• Advice and assistance on visa matters within the scope of our knowledge and experience.

• Referral to qualified migration lawyers or migration agents if a situation falls outside of our area of expertise.

• Disclosure of any fees charged for our services upfront and in accordance with the ESOS Act 2000.

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the ESOS Act 2000 and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students.

• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of our clients' personal and sensitive information, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2.Limitations of our Services: While we provide comprehensive support with the student visa application process, please note that we do not guarantee that a student visa will be granted, as the final decision rests with the Department of Home Affairs. Additionally, we will only provide advice and assistance on visa matters within the scope of our knowledge and experience. If a situation falls outside of our area of expertise, we may refer students to a qualified migration lawyer or migration agent.

3.Right to Decline Services: Ideal Education Global reserves the right to decline to provide services to any individual or entity at any time and for any reason, without explanation.

4.Fees: We may charge a fee for our services, which will be disclosed upfront and in accordance with the ESOS Act 2000.

5.Confidentiality and Security: We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of our clients' personal and sensitive information, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

6.Compliance: We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the ESOS Act 2000 and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students.

7.Liability: Ideal Education Global shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our services or any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided. Additionally, we shall not be liable for any delays or failures in the performance of our services due to circumstances beyond our control.

8.Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

9.Amendments: Ideal Education Global reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. The amended terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
